Through its Learning Hub, The Resilience Fund enables real-time learning and forging new connections among companies, women’s funds and community-led organizations that do not otherwise intersect or collaborate.
Learning is a central ethos of the Resilience Fund. The Resilience Fund's Learning Hub operates through regular virtual convenings and, increasingly, in-person workshops and one-on-one meetings to:
Create a safe space for corporate funders, women’s funds, and community-led organizations to share feedback and learnings, redefine the rules of engagement, adapt to changing and complex landscapes, and co-create a path forward.
Build authentic and trust-based connections between corporate funders and community organizations that may not otherwise be accessible, laying the groundwork for greater understanding between both sectors and potential future collaborations and sources of funding.
Shift away from conventional, funder-driven monitoring and evaluation toward co-created impact and learning measures.
